FOR-C is a comprehensive, web-based self-assessment tool ("FOR-C Product") designed to assist school districts and open-enrollment charter schools ("LEA") in staying current and compliant with fiscal and programmatic requirements of Federal and State education programs.

The FOR-C is an annual subscription for July 1 through August 31 of the following year.
If you are purchasing the FOR-C for the first time, or renewing your existing subscription, the process varies according to your region:
Region 20 LEAs:
Region 20 LEAs may purchase the FOR-C through the ESC-20 Commitment System
Please note: Your commitment must be in "submitted" status (rather than "saved" status), to begin or renew your LEA's FOR-C subscription for the new year.
Region 20 LEAs may purchase the FOR-C by itself (Option 2: FOR-C Only) for an annual subscription fee of $1,200 or receive a discount of $200 for the FOR-C by purchasing the Business Management Cooperative (BMC) and FOR-C together as a package (Option 3 Package Deal). (Package Deal cost of $3,000 = BMC $2,000 plus FOR-C $1,000).
