Restorative Discipline Practices (RPD)

Circles and Conferences

Description:
This workshop is for those that have already begun the Restorative Discipline Practice (RDP) journey either in their own class, campus or district. Knowing that a key component of RDP is the use of conferences and circles, participants will strengthen their implementation skills using conferencing scripts and non-scripted conferences to extend dialogue.  Participants will learn and experience the use of multiple types of circles. Bring your experiences to discuss, while learning more to bring back to your already "work in progress" restorative discipline practices.
