Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) is one of twenty regional education service agencies within Texas that assists school districts and charter schools in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. ESC-20 is a non-regulatory agency focused on collaborative and supportive relationships with school districts and charter schools in the region.

The ESC designates and authorizes the following person as the Title IX coordinator to be responsible for coordinating the ESC's efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended:
