Instructional Continuity

Establish educational activities that are equitably sustained while students are away from school.

Engage instructional leaders in developing short and long-term plans for Instructional Continuity to include infrastructure and technology needs and strategies
Ensure expected rigor is maintained
Deploy curriculum, curricular resources, and assessments aligned to TEKS for Instructional Continuity and/or at-home schools
Demonstrate how to vet, use and embed effective resources, including formative and summative assessment tools

Provide targeted professional development (PD) designed to execute the short and long term plans for Instructional Continuity
Design and customize high-yield, engaging instruction that maximizes student learning, including differentiation and involvement of specialized program staff
Utilize the ESC-20 Virtual Instruction protocols to align asynchronous professional development TOT sessions
Facilitate Network meetings to assess and calibrate progress, and adjust the work, as necessary Cultivate and celebrate learning with staff and students

Provide coaching and mentoring services regarding Instructional Continuity and innovative learning to district and campus instructional leaders
Determine other customized service needs
Co-create processes to customize Instructional Continuity strategies and services for all students
Provide 6-month access to the virtual ESC-20 ECHO Project Network® community of learning
