Become a Vendor
Our Purchasing department manages bids that cover the Region 20 Purchasing Cooperative's 70+ members across the state as well as in-house bids for ESC, Region 20. The process to become an awarded vendor involves the steps shown below.
- To become a vendor, you will need to complete and return our vendor application along with a one-time registration fee.
- Next, when we have a bid in any category you select it will be sent via email. If you do not see a category specific to your company, please write a brief description of your products/services.
- After your company responds to a bid is when we have the opportunity to add you as an awarded vendor.
